The decision making razors

I make a lot of decisions daily. We all do. It could be business, family or relationships. The clock is always ticking. And as we grow older, these rapid decisions have to be right with little or no margin of error.

To make faster and better decisions, our thinking process has to be shortened by using mental shortcuts. These mental shortcuts are called razors because they shave off unnecessary complexity in the way we make decisions.

For the next couple of weeks, I will be writing about the different decision making razors we have. I am not sure how many I will cover, but I want to see if knowing them actually changes anything.
